While partnering with W Hotels on their social media presence, we saw this cultural shift as an opportunity to reimagine the bold hotel’s social presence. Our team reframed and reintroduced the well-known brand’s perspective and applied it to a changed social media landscape that values authenticity, storytelling, and newness. It was a chance to dig deep and get at the heart of why people love to travel, and more specifically, travel with W Hotels.
Our team completely overhauled W Hotels social media presence, harnessing social-first content, long- and short-form video, and exciting new talent that fit their uniquely distinct niche. The strategy rooted in aspirational storytelling inspired 14 new content series (including Suite Talk and Sound Check), showcasing the unique offerings and experiences exclusive to W Hotels around the globe.
Our team crafted an elevated look and feel with a robust 830+ asset bank captured at W Hotels across four continents, and partnered with diverse tastemakers—Noah Beck, Tefi Pessoa, Isaac Hindin-Miller, Kimberly Drew, and Amrit Sidhu, along with brands like Cercle, Architectural Digest, and Mambo Creatives—to speak directly to W’s unique luxury consumer.
